DO YOU HAVE A GROUP THAT WANTS TO BE A PART OF THE SOLUTION?

Corporate groups, congregations, service clubs, and others are welcome to volunteer at HALO. Some ways that your group can make a difference are as follows:

  • Sitting with HALO kids during art workshops, professional development, and tutoring
  • Cooking and eating meals with HALO youth
  • Spending time with HALO kids and families during holiday parties
  • Supporting HALO fundraisers and events to reach more children experiencing homelessness
  • Keeping HALO functional and organized to feel like home

Make an impact by following these 3 simple steps!

1. Contact HALO

Email HALO with details about your group, the time frame, and the goals of your group. HALO works to provide groups with meaningful and impactful opportunities.

2. Learn About HALO

Meet with HALO Staff either in-person or virtually to learn about HALO.

For any groups wanting to work directly with youth, they'll need to go through Volunteer Training and pass background checks.

3. Sign Up to Help

Your group's Contact Person will sign up and communicate with HALO Staff to ensure that everyone has all the necessary information for the volunteer day.
