HALO Founder and Stroke Survivor Rebecca Welsh Shares her Story with Jefferson City Magazine

After suffering from a severe stroke two years ago, HALO Founder and CEO Rebecca Welsh was featured in the December issue of the Jefferson City Magazine as a voice for the American Heart Association.

Caused by a hole in her heart, the stroke left her unable to perform even the simplest day-to day activities. For the first year following the crisis, she was deprived of the two things that gave her life purpose; caring for her three kids and providing hope and healing to homeless children through HALO.
