HALO Honors May Volunteers of the Month

Volunteers make our HALO world go round! We would like to honor our Volunteers of the Month for May.

Jefferson City: Michelle Collins is Jefferson City’s volunteer of the month. Michelle comes to HALO on a weekly basis. She takes care of all of our donations and builds personable relationships with all our residents. Michelle is always willing to help wherever needed at the home whether it is transportation or helping a residents with their personal needs. She also helped with the 2019 Art Auction. Thank you for your dedication to HALO, Michelle!

Kansas City: Taylor Rhoades is volunteer of the month in KC! Taylor recently wrapped up her internship with HALO, where she has been serving full time for her entire final semester of her Bachelors degree in Community Health from KU. We are so impressed by the impact Taylor has made during her time at HALO working directly with our KC youth, bringing new projects to the Center and having a positive and compassionate attitude every single day. We cannot wait to have her back as a volunteer in the Center this summer! Thank you Taylor and congratulations on your graduation!
