The 13th Annual Kansas City HALO ArtReach Auction is not possible without incredible volunteers. This month, we honor this impactful group who are committed to helping children in the greatest need.
Examples of day of volunteer roles include set up for silent auction and art items, photography, transportation of supplies/materials, check-in, check-out, preparing won auction items, mobile bidding, live auction presenters, social media, door greeters, bid spotters, and clean-up.
And then we have this phenominal team of people that are also working hard months and months leading up to the event. Examples include graphic design, helping with preparing and mailing save the dates and invitations, providing marketing/promotion support, asking for and securing sponsorships, receipt mailings, to even key roles like Hospitality Chair, Honorary Chairs, and securing silent and live donation items as the Auction and Art Chairs.
40+ volunteers is what it takes to make our event a success. Thank you to all who volunteered. You are a part of the HALO Tribe. We could not do this without you.
