We asked some of the boys living in the Bukesa Home in Uganda to write a poem about one of their favorite memories.
Umar wrote a poem about the day he came to Bukesa. After years of living without a family, it was his favorite memory. His first impression of Bukesa was, that it’s a very nice home. He could hear people laughing inside, he smelled good food and he saw others reading books. He is very thankful for having a home after all. And it’s our donors who make such stories happen. Thank you!
