Youth Specialist Internship
HALO offers opportunities to work directly with youth in our communities as a Youth Specialist. This internship is ideal for people interested in lesson planning, education, social work, therapeutic art programming, youth development, community relations, and other elements related to supporting homeless and at-risk youth daily.
As a Youth Specialist, interns may coordinate field trips, play games, facilitate education and professional development programming, teach therapeutic art lessons, and become a positive role model for our youth to look up to in their daily life. You get to become a support system for someone who needs one the most!

Volunteer Management Internship
Our Volunteer Management Intern is a part of all volunteer management efforts for the HALO headquarters, HALO branches, and ClubHALO, a youth volunteer program that empowers kids (18 years and under) to help homeless and at-risk kids in their community.
