Congratulations to our January Volunteer of the month Madison Fiene! Madison recently finished a Program Coordinator Internship at HALO. Madison was responsible for helping us plan and lead programming with youth and supporting youth in the HALO Learning Center. Madison is a fantastic role model for the youth and found creative ways to turn art projects into lessons on Life Skills, using art to help kids through their difficulties while teaching them about integrity, leadership, health, and compassion. Madison's degree in Child Life, and her time at HALO, gave her the ability to work with kids in a fun and trauma-informed way. She has had a huge impact on our kids and we cannot wait to see what she does next!
