Jefferson City 2024 Art Auction Recap

"HALO is a place to call home. Even after you move out of HALO, HALO is still family. There's still somebody you can count on. When you help someone like me, you're not only helping me, but you're helping the next generation. You're helping my daughter have a better life. So the fact that I can give her a good life, she can give her kids a great life, and we can have a better world."

On March 9th, attendees gathered for HALO's annual Art Auction in Jefferson City. This event was filled with joy, gratitude, and much excitement. This year, we had great silent auction packages, live auction packages, and astonishing artwork. Thanks to the generosity of nearby businesses, HALO enthusiasts, and skilled artists, we curated a collection of more than 100 silent auction packages, raffle items, and an extraordinary live auction here in Jefferson City.

As our guests arrived for the dinner and program, they witnessed the direct impact they made in supporting HALO. From a dance by HALO Alum to hearing inspiring stories of where HALO Alum are now, our youth are proof that anyone can defy the odds with support and love.

Our Honorary Event Chairs this year in Jefferson City are Kelli and Scott Jones and Greg and Megan Hoffmeyer. Their generosity and support for HALO continue to improve the lives of HALO youth every day.

Our attendees got to watch the premiere of the HALO documentary featuring a HALO Alum, Caylin. Caylin was a resident at the Jefferson City Girls Home and embodies everything that HALO stands for. Her story and strength inspire all to defy the odds and make their own stories.

With the generosity of our HALO family and gracious donors and sponsors, HALO raised $350,000 and counting!

The Jefferson City Art Auction would not have been possible without our generous and supportive 2024 HALO Art Auction sponsors, event partners, and volunteers!
