On Friday, February 23rd, HALO hosted its 13th Annual Kansas City ArtReach Auction at The Brass on Baltimore. Attendees listened to children who have become heroes of their own stories, transformed through love, encouragement and support – breaking the cycle and becoming a contributing member of our community.
