HALO’s Uganda Learning Center is partnered with Moroccanoil to build a salon and cosmetology school. This will be targeted at youth who have been unable to pursue traditional 
schooling.
The salon, which will double as a school staffed with cosmetology and business professionals, will help these students gain skills that will help them compete in the tough job market.
The program has generated a lot of excitement with many applications already submitted! We are very excited for our Uganda branch, which is #JustGettingStarted.
