Jefferson City Magazine Feature

Jefferson City Magazine caught up with the residents and house moms of the HALO Home one year after opening our doors. The HALO Home is a two-year transitional living program providing a safe haven for homeless teens and their babies. We focus on “developing strong, confident women in a safe, warm, and supportive environment.” We teach our residents everything from how to prepare a meal to how to prepare for a job interview. Our goal is to create a loving home for our residents while teaching them the skills they need to thrive as adults. The magazine also talked with HALO Founder Rebecca Welsh and got some exclusive pictures of the HALO Home. Check out the full article here.
