This month’s life skill, and last life skill of 2016, is all about compassion. On Tues., Dec. 06, HALO invited Angela Hurt, CEO and founder of Veracity Consulting, a leading provider of information technology consulting services based in Kansas City, to talk with us about how she uses compassion in her life.
Hurt emphasized the importance of focusing on customer service to employees first, then clients. When your employees are happy, then clients’ happiness will follow as a result. She also talked about believing everything will work out in the end and making sure employers treat their employees with respect.
